Chapter 2 | Comprehensive Chapter on Animals that are not Edible
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَ مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ حَرَامٌ .
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from Dawud ibn Farqad who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ’Of the beasts that which have canine teeth and of birds those which have claws are not lawful for food.’”
