4. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from Ali ibn Ribat and al-Husayn ibn Hashim and from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Is ibn al-Qasim who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a female orphan; when her assets must be given to her. He (the Imam) said, ‘When you learn that she does not destroy it or lose it, then you can give it to her.’ I then asked, ‘What happens if she has married?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘When she marries then possession (authority) of executor of the will ends.’”
