The Sufficient (Vol 7) · Hadith 366 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تُوُفِّيَتْ وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ لَهَا أَحَدٌ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ قَالَ الْمِيرَاثُ كُلُّهُ لِزَوْجِهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran and Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus all from ‘Asem ibn Humayd from Muhammad ibn Qays who has narrated the following: “About the case of a woman who dies leaving behind her husband and no other known heirs, abu Ja‘far , has said, The entire legacy belongs to the husband.’”
