The Sufficient (Vol 7) · Hadith 461 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حُمْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا يَتَوَارَثُ الْحُرُّ وَالْمَمْلُوكُ.

1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Afi af-Washsha’ from Jamif ibn Darraj and Muhammad ibn Humran who has narrated the foiiowing: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘The free and slaves do not inherit each other.’”
