Chapter 46 | Inheritance of an Apostate

1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ مُرْتَدّاً عَنِ الإسْلامِ وَلَهُ أَوْلادٌ فَقَالَ مَالُهُ لِوُلْدِهِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from those whom he has mentioned who has narrated the following: “About the case of a man who dies as an apostate and has children, abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘His legacy belongs to his Muslim children.”’
