Chapter 47 | Inheritance of One who is Lost

5- يُونُسُ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمَفْقُودُ يُتَرَبَّصُ بِمَالِهِ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ ثُمَّ يُقْسَمُ.

5. Yunus has narrated from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has narrated the following: “Abu al-Hassan , said to me, ‘The assets of a lost person must be kept for four years; then they are distributed.’”
