Chapter 63 | Another Chapter
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ مَاتَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ فَدَفَعَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِيرَاثَهُ إِلَى هَمْشَهْرِيجِهِ.
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Dawud from those whom he has mentioned who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that in the time of ’Amir al-Mu’minin a man died and had no heirs. ’Amir al-Mu’minin gave his legacy to his Hamshahrijah (his fellow countryman). 5 ”
