Chapter 12 | Testimony of Slaves
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لا بَأْسَ بِشَهَادَةِ الْمَمْلُوكِ إِذَا كَانَ عَدْلا.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘ Abd af- Rahman ibn af-Hajjaj who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali , has said, ‘A slave’s testimony is not harmful if he is a just man.”’
