Chapter 18 | The Testimony of an Accuser and an Ex-convict
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ شَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ رَجُلٌ وَقَدْ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ وَرِجْلُهُ بِشَهَادَةٍ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَتَهُ وَقَدْ كَانَ تَابَ وَ[قَدْ] عُرِفَتْ تَوْبَتُهُ.
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali , accepted the testimony of a man whose hand and foot was cut off, he had repented and his repentance had become known . 555
