Chapter 21 | Testimony of a Blind and Speechless
2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الأعْمَى تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا أَثْبَتَ.
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hajjal from Tha‘labah ibn Maymun from Muhammad ibn Qays who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far , about the testimony of a blind man if it is admissible. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is admissible if he has preserved it.’”
