Chapter 7 | The Binding Consequence of Oath and Vows
1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ja‘far ibn Muhammad Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy from al-Qaddah who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘There is no oath between a son and his father, a woman and her husband and between a slave and his master.’”
