Chapter 7 | The Binding Consequence of Oath and Vows
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ الشَّامِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ لا يَجُوزُ يَمِينٌ فِي تَحْلِيلِ حَرَامٍ وَلا تَحْرِيمِ حَلالٍ وَلا قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ.
3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Khalid ibn Jarir from abu al-Rabi’ al- Shamiy who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not permissible to take an oath to make an unlawful matter lawful, a lawful matter unlawful or to cut off good relations with relatives.’”
