Chapter 323 | NIcknames of Marwan and his father
323. Abaan, from Abdul Rahmaan Bin Abu Abdullah who said: I heard Abu Abdullah saying: ‘The Rasool Allah ﷺ came out of his ﷺ chamber, and Marwaan and his father were both trying to listen to his ﷺ narration. So he ﷺ said for him: ‘The lizard, son of a lizard!’ Abu Abdullah said: ‘From that time they are reporting that the lizard listens to the narrations’.
