57 - أبان بن تغلب بن رباح، أبو سعيد، البكري، الجريري، مولاهم. له كتاب صفين. وقع إلي بخط أبي العباس ابن سعيد، قال: حدثنا أحمد بن يوسف بن يعقوب الجعفي، من كتابه في شوال سنة إحدى وسبعين ومئتين، قال: حدثنا محمد بن يزيد النخعي، قال حدثنا سيف ابن عميرة، عن بان.

57 – Abān b. Taghlab b. Rabāḥ, Abū Saʿīd, al-Bakrī, al-Jarīrī, their client. He has the book of Ṣiffīn, it has arrived to me in the handwriting of Abū al-ʿAbbās b. Saʿīd. He said: Aḥmad b. Yūsuf b. Yaʿqūb al-Juʿfī narrated to us from his book in the Shawwāl of the year 271. He said: Muḥammad b. Yazīd al-Nakhaʿī narrated to us, he said: Sayf b. ʿAmīra narrated to us from Abān.
