13 - علي بن حسان بن كثير، مولى أبي جعفر الباقر (عليه السلام)، أبو الحسن. روى عن عمه عبد الرحمان. غال، ضعيف. رأيت له كتابا سماه " تفسير الباطن " لا يتعلق من الإسلام بسبب. ولا يروي إلا عن عمه. ومن أصحابنا: علي بن حسان الواسطي: ثقة ثقة.

13 – ʿAlī b. Ḥassān b. Kathīr, client of Abū Jaʿfar al-Baqir عليه السلام , Abū al-Ḥasan. He narrated from his uncle, ʿAbd al-Raḥmān. A ghālī, weak. I saw that he has a book he called Tafsīr alBāṭin that has no connection to Islam by (any) means. He does not narrate except from his uncle. And from our companions: ʿAlī b. Ḥassān al-Wāsiṭī: thiqa thiqa.
