Virtues of the Shīʿa · Hadith 31 (#Ḥadīth #31)

وبهذا الاسناد، عن الحسن بن محبوب، عن العلاء، عن محمّد بن مسلم، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام قال: إنّ ذنوب المؤمنين مغفورة لهم فليعمل المؤمن لما يستأنف، أما إنّها ليست إلاّ لأهل الايمان.

(The same previous series of relaters)… from al-Hasan in Mahboub from al-Alaa from Mohammed bin Muslim that Abu Ja’far said: The sins of the believers are already forgiven. Hence, a believer should put a new start. This is surely granted for the people of faith exclusively.
