Virtues of the Shīʿa · Hadith 45 (#Ḥadīth #45)

حدّثنا محمد بن موسى بن المتوكّل رحمه الله قال: حدّثنا محمّد بن يحيى العطّار، عن أحمد بن العيص، رفعه، عن جعفر بن محمّد عليهما السلام قال: إذا كان يوم القيامة نشفع في المذنبين من شيعتنا، فأمّا المحسنون فقد نجّاهم الله.

Mohammed bin Musa bin al-Mutawakkil (r) narrated to us that Mohammed bin Yahya al-Attar narrated to him from Ahmed bin al-Ayes… that Ja’far bin Mohammed said: "On the Day of Resurrection, we will intercede for the sinful individuals among our Shia. Allah will save the righteous ones."
