Qur'ān 13:39 · Ar-Ra'd (الرعد)

يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ

Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
