Qur'ān 15:56 · Al-Hijr (الحجر)
قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
