Qur'ān 23:43 · Al-Mu'minun (المؤمنون)
مَا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
No nation will precede its time [of termination], nor will they remain [thereafter].
