Qur'ān 26:198 · Ash-Shu'ara (الشعراء)

وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ

And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
