Qur'ān 3:196 · Aal-i-Imran (آل عمران)

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
