Qur'ān 3:82 · Aal-i-Imran (آل عمران)
فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
