Qur'ān 36:7 · Ya-Sin (يس)

لَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
