Qur'ān 38:36 · Sad (ص)

فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ

So We subjected to him the wind blowing by his command, gently, wherever he directed,
