Qur'ān 42:39 · Ash-Shura (الشورى)
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَابَهُمُ ٱلْبَغْىُ هُمْ يَنتَصِرُونَ
And those who, when tyranny strikes them, they defend themselves,
