Qur'ān 54:5 · Al-Qamar (القمر)

حِكْمَةٌۢ بَـٰلِغَةٌۭ ۖ فَمَا تُغْنِ ٱلنُّذُرُ

Extensive wisdom - but warning does not avail [them].
