Qur'ān 70:40 · Al-Ma'arij (المعارج)

فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
