Qur'ān 96:15 · Al-Alaq (العلق)
كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -
