Qur'ān 97:4 · Al-Qadr (القدر)
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
